- Management is incapable/unwilling to act on input from their subordinates

- Mass outsourcing to India of positions that should be US-based
- Zero leadership and cohesion behind/understanding of IT goals
- Pointless RTO policy
- No performance-based compensation bonus, same raise potential despite effort or adherence to expectations
- Listed job responsibilities fall far short of actual duties
- Bonus/profit share structure dependent on overall company performance, not deliverable metrics
- Plenty of drones there just to collect a paycheck
- Too many old white guys running the show
