Pros

the titles are inflated, so if you are a man, this is a great opportunity to build your resume. ladies, if you can smile gently through 2-3 years of 12-15 hour work days while you're being patronized by the fragile egos standing on the glass ceiling above you, this could be a great resume booster for you as well. (don't worry, they're starting a women's suport group to coach you through it)

Cons

other reviews say "fast paced/long hours" but neglect to explain that the work is tantamount to digging holes and filling them in on a tight schedule. leadership is a nearsighted boy's club making it up as they go along, fueling the chaos they create with the self-esteems and personal lives of the poor souls who get tangled up in it. everyone is in fight or flight mode - the answer is flight.
