Interview
Create and present a 15 min presentation on the subject of "The Benefits of Solar Energy." Interview was done over Microsoft Teams video with Training Manager and Director of Development (I Believe). First introductions are made by the manager and director, then you introduce yourself and do the 15 min presentation. The Sunnova team then asks questions about the presentation, but mostly about the resume and qualifications for the job. The interview lasted about an hour. This is the only interview before a hiring decision is made only two business days later.InterviewWhat is your experience? How are you qualified for the position? What metrics would you analyze for training development? Describe how you would present material and train? How do you feel about in-person training?
