      The best company Culture Great (uncapped) earning potential Collaborative work environment Work-Life balance Excellent training and ongoing career development Tons of growth opportunities Fully remote!!

      Not a con, but if you are new to technology there is a lot to learn and it can take some time to get up to speed. You are completed supported along the way and not expected to come in ready to excel right off the hop. There is about a 6 month learning curve (average).

      Pros

      I have a contracted job at a big company that values me. Not Swoon.

      Cons

      Low pay. No paid holidays. 5 days to use as vacation or sick time. No communication to see how things are going at the company I work at. The company I work at authorizes a pay raise and Swoon takes more of the raise than they give to me. Health insurance offered does not cover anything major that may happen.
