Cons
Difficult to move anywhere off the phones - highly competitive jobs with rated interview process versus promotions for strong performance. Especially difficult to move with the company if you don’t partake in developmental opportunities which are also interviewed for, and some require college experience (current or former). If you’re introverted and not a part of diversity networks and said developmental groups, it’s very difficult to gain recognition. Too many manager 1:1’s, call reviews, and overly positive demeanor regarding abuse from customers. If you like to work independently and have minimal interaction with management, this is not a good fit for you.
