Collections Rep - Collections Representative Synchrony Employee Review

I have been there since 2011, and I love it! It's one of those positions that either you can do or can't. There is humor in everything: People get angry with me because they forgot to make a payment, entered the wrong checking account number, or paid the wrong account---like it's my fault!! It really is entertaining and I work for the best manager. Our team is priceless! Bonuses are an incentive to our pay--the better your ability at it, the better your bonus.
