Pros
The people I worked with were a joy to be with and helpful in many different ways. It was them that made coming to work worth it and putting people to work made it a worthy endeavor.
Cons
Adding more management was the last thing we needed. Different visions and new that did not understand the daily struggles nor the clients. Best thing to do with our slick expensive top of the line medical benefits was not get sick. I know the cost of living goes up but if you want a raise do more business, make more placements. There is your raise.
