Business Outlook
Pros
Great company with amazing work life balance and incentives. Excellent company culture and "one team one dream" mentality. No internal competition which is extremely rare in the staffing world! Leadership is very "open door" and accessible.
Cons
Benefits could be better and more cost effective but given the rise in healthcare across the board I think that is common for a lot of places. Not a lot of rungs on the ladder so growth is more defined by learning new things and making more money.
