Ron Sabatino. He is someone who very obviously doesn't understand that the approach to property management has changed since he started back in 1810. He tends to be a very intimidating and fear inducing individual who takes comfort in others' discomfort. There is definite favoritism that exists within the company and that starts at the top. Very high turnover both at the properties and the corporate office indicate that there is a problem somewhere. It's time to retire Ron.
I did not feel I had the power to properly manage my property. This is because ownership and management does not trust their employees.
