      T & R will set you up to fail

      Pros

      There are a couple of people in the office that is very helpful, Resident I enjoyed getting to know resident and throwing resident parties

      Cons

      They talk about curb appeal but do little to make the communities look better. They raise the rent any where from once to twice a year but do not update the apartments. Employee turnover is ridiculous, no since in getting to know anyone because they wont be there at the next company get together, if you last 3 yrs you are known as a lifer because many do last over a year.and they do play favoritism.

I assure you that T&R Properties wants every employee to have a positive experience but like any position or company, we expect our staff to perform and our Property Managers to be accountable for their staff and their performance. We apologize that your experience was negative and that you did not feel you were treated fairly, however we do value all of our employees and in fact, most of our Corporate Office employees started at the Property level as you are probably aware. We wish you luck in your future endeavors and hope you find exactly what you are looking for!

      Bonuses offered or not too bad.

      Communication is horrible, Condition of apartments are bad, pricing too high which makes onsite employees jobs more difficult. some managers micro manage

      Pros

      The only reason I stayed as long as I did was because of Tammy Potts. Working with her was the only real positive part of the experience I had during my time with T&R. There were some members of the corporate office that were great as well (Miles and Donielle to name a couple).

      Cons

      Ron Sabatino. He is someone who very obviously doesn't understand that the approach to property management has changed since he started back in 1810. He tends to be a very intimidating and fear inducing individual who takes comfort in others' discomfort. There is definite favoritism that exists within the company and that starts at the top. Very high turnover both at the properties and the corporate office indicate that there is a problem somewhere. It's time to retire Ron. I did not feel I had the power to properly manage my property. This is because ownership and management does not trust their employees.
