Each property has its own budget, maintenance shop, and maintenance supervisor who is responsible for ordering parts and supplies. If you experienced pushback on ordering, we encourage discussing it with your on-site maintenance supervisor to ensure you have the resources needed to perform your job effectively.
Regarding timekeeping, we do not alter or manipulate time records. All hourly employees are paid for every hour worked, and we ask all employees to review their timecards at the end of each pay period for accuracy. If there were any discrepancies, we would have been happy to address them at that time.
We do offer maintenance on-call incentives, and if there was a misunderstanding regarding compensation, we’d be glad to clarify. Additionally, we take concerns about workplace culture seriously and are always working to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
