Pros

I absolutely loved the team I worked with. Management was a different story.

Cons

Very low pay and sales goals are pushed hard on tellers. I've always thought a bank's focus should be on customer service, not sales. Because I didn't sell, I was never looked at for promotions. My customer service skills were always highly rated but that was never enough.
