I applied through college or university. I interviewed at TD.

    Interview

The first interview was an on campus interview that lasted 30 minutes. I got a call the following week inviting me to a Super Day, which consisted of four more 30 minutes interviews. I received an offer about an hour after I left the Super Day.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at TD.

    Interview

A recruiter reached out to me a few days after I applied to the position. The call went well lasting around 20 minutes.

Received word about two weeks later to schedule another phone interview with the hiring manager. The conversation was great and it went very well.

Radio silence for 2 weeks before receiving another e-mail asking to meet face to face with two managers.

Met with both managers back to back in the office location. The conversations were pleasant. The questions were relatively straight forward and what you you would expect when you apply for an HR job.

The lack of communication in between the phases of the interview process was disappointing along with the generic system notification that was sent to me alerting me that I was not getting the position after being a finalist. It could have been handled more professionally given the investment in time everyone had in the process.

I understand that some companies simply do not want to provide feedback to prospective candidates in order to avoid potential issues and such. However, a simple phone call or an e-mail from the recruiter or hiring manager would have been a nicer touch.

If there was an in-between rating of positive and neutral, that's where this would be, primarily because of the poor communication.

    Interview

Was very straight forward, just went through my resume and assessed me communication and interpersonal skills. I didn't receive an offer because another candidate was able to start right away and the VP of the programme really needed someone.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TD (Vero Beach, FL) in September 2017.

    Interview

Applied at a few different TD banks around me for about a month. Got a call from a recruiter who gave me a quick phone interview to see if I was a good candidate for the company. The job she originally called me about was 20/hr/week CRS but that job had been cancelled; she told me about a 30/hr/week Teller position not yet posted on the website and she set me up with an interview. A few days later I interviewed with the brach manager which went great. She had me come back a few hours later and interview with the assistant branch manager. Got an offer 3 days later.

    Interview

Interviewers were nice. Definitely need to spend time grilling accounting information and the leveraged finance world. They grill you on technicals but seem to be more focused on how you deal with pressure and how you would fit in with their team.
