      Job Security, you will never get fired. Flexible work locations, most people I know work from home or have the ability too. Fairly easy to accomplish your work goals, work is not particularly busy Health / RRSP Benefits are fantastic

      Cons

      You might have a terrible manager that is never around/never emails & is hard to get hold of. The review system makes it almost impossible to get a pay rise. They dont give new mobiles to employees, mostly everyone has a refurbished blackberry
