Pros
Great for early career, lots of diversity of people and diversity of roles to choose from, exciting industry with great exposure to tech. Amazing work/life balance and flexibility for young parents.
Cons
Most of its once-great cultural talent has fled the company. Consistent promotion of the most toxic least trustworthy leaders. Entire divisional leaderships now staffed with very unpleasant people that manage through fear and/or public humiliation.
