      Pros

      Consistent hours and lots of work to do.

      Cons

      Unionized employees are underpaid and the company always wants to take more. They add on multiple extra skills and tasks but no increase to pay. Management is abusive and will lie through their teeth to hurt you if you're not a happy little yes man.
