-Company as a whole no longer values its employees the way it once did, it is all about keeping shareholders happy -Constant layoffs to reduce costs, which increases all teams workloads with no additional pay -Expected to do the work of two people with layoffs and keep same time schedules -No appreciation for long term employees into the double digit years (no one notices if you hits a milestone of time with the company, you get an automatically generated email to print your own certificate and leadership doesn't say a word) -Favouritism occurs with scheduling (some can take paid time off and others from the same team do not get the same offer) -Lack of mentorship opportunities (likely due to increased workloads for leaders and low capacity available) -Promotes a forward thinking, environmentally conscious brand but continues to support industries that have major environmental impacts
