      Pros

      Really enjoyed my time there and learned a lot in the first couple years. Learning dropped off afterwards but it was nice for them to keep remote first work that they had before the pandemic

      Cons

      Compensation was always low, layoff culture nowadays is ruthless. Lots of slide making and meetings, so my learning stopped after a couple years.
