      Compensation and benefits, good training on products offered

      Cons

      Mid level mgmt needs to be scrutunized-many-not all-are unable to manage due to incompetence or just plain lack of mgmt skills-upper mgmt has no clue as to how to run a company that needs to have SERVICE-nuff said!
