      Pros

      TIAA-CREF does offer good benefits such as retirement contributions, vacation time and education reimbursements.

      Cons

      The company seems to be morphing into any other financial services company. I felt this used to be a good place to work and in fact a good company to potentially spend an entire career. However, this has changed over the past 5-7 yrs.

      Pros

      Compensation is great for advisors once they are promoted to VP. Everyone else has to wait a year and hope for a good rating that's more of a game than merit based

      Woke culture, reverse discrimination, very frustrating to do business with as a client
