      Pros

      Benefits are great although they were once the best in the industry. Now they are the same as everyone else. To me all it is was a decrease in pay.

      Cons

      communication is very poor from upper management. I really don't think Roger has a clue as to what is going on. The compay keeps saying it is a headcount netural work place however every week an new VP or SVP is hired. There are more high paying high level people now than there ever was. It is very very top heavy

      Pros

      Compensation is great for advisors once they are promoted to VP. Everyone else has to wait a year and hope for a good rating that's more of a game than merit based

      Cons

      Woke culture, reverse discrimination, very frustrating to do business with as a client
