Alot of promise, but management needs to change. - Employee TMK Employee Review

The jobs themselves are not good, however the pay and benefits make up for it. Management severly lacks knowledge and experience, which results in cover ups and pointing of fingers amongst each other. Plant manager is extremely weak and does not know how to handle his managers. Working on our 4th HR person in 2 years because of turmoil.
