Pros
The development and opportunities vary greatly; I enjoyed working with my team and had exposure to senior management. The organization is relatively flat, so if you work hard it will be noticed. Good life balance. Decent benefits. If you are client facing, there is excellent exposure to build relationships.
Cons
The company has a lot of people who need to be shuffled. There are many people with a utility attitude and have been promoted over the years. In some cases, it's great and there is a lot of history that is maintained but in some ways the groups are led by poor leaders/insecure leaders that teach poor behavior that isn't seen in growth companies. The compensation is on the lower side. The importance of courses and education has taken a step back.
