Pros

None. Haven’t gotten paid and wasn’t bonuses out for the course work like they promised. Easy, if you’re okay with harassing elderly all day—I’m not that girl. Team seems nice but you can tell this company isn’t legit from how your cohorts carry themselves or look. Help you get license but seems to be a temp position I pray everyday that someone doesn’t answer the phone so I won’t have to lie about benefits that might not even exist.

Cons

First month paychecks are all paper and unmarked. So you may never get them. Always a problem with pay and will probably never get paid during your first month of work. Always given run around in regards to commission amounts or when you’ll get paid properly. Expect you to work a month and a half with no pay or with the promise of a check that won’t come. License is captive so after they fire you or you quit you can’t get it until after 180 days after whenever they process your termination. So keep looking for employment while here or don’t waste your time.

Pros

Good pay, supportive coworkers, and opportunities to grow and learn in the insurance field. Some leaders are very encouraging and helpful, The job teaches strong communication and problem solving skills, especially handling customers over the phone.

Cons

The work can be mentally draining at times due to difficult customer interactions throughout the day. Leadership styles can vary a lot depending on the team or manager, so adapting to constant changes and different expectations can sometimes be stressful. There are also frequent changes within teams and processes.

Pros

I have learned so much about insurance that I never knew before. The Tranzact family has welcomed me with warm and gentle care. I love every trainer I have had with Tranzact and they all have helped me grow as an agent. I look forward to implementing what they have taught me as well as adding my own spice to the mixture to make it unique.

Cons

I have heard and witnessed multiple different situations of certain individuals receiving unfair treatment and some that get extra attention when it comes to favoritism or leniency. I would love to help everyone be more cautious of how they lead agents and teams and just overall be more helpful to the company in every aspect.
