Pros
Nice perks, they have some fun events for employees, benefits are pretty good, pay is decent (but only to try to motivate people to stay)
Cons
Corporate, bland, sterile atmosphere. Managers are very negative and only motivated to promote themselves while stepping on the heads of their employees. they do not value work/life balance, if you're not willing to 'voluntarily' work 50+ hours a week, coming in early and staying late several days/week, you will be frowned upon.
