Terrible, Misogynistic company - Relationship Manager Talener Employee Review

Managers line their pockets and only get ahead if you're in their "group". You don't want to be in their group by the way. I worked there for years and watched it grow. I was a senior manager that moved to the internal side after years of working there. I make way more money now and have a real career path. Trust me don't listen to the higher ups about the dark side. It's my biggest regret not leaving sooner. I promise you will get paid a lot more and have a huge impact at an internal company.
