Pros
Target is a feedback oriented culture that absolutely invests into their employees to the fullest - from benefits to training to meal programs, you can't beat the Target corporate culture.
Cons
Most of my team members are working towards their MBA's (which are paid for by TGT) so it seems like there may be a wall in the promotion line that may require some more schooling as I advance within the company.
