Pros
The company is always moving forward with new technology and we keep on making are company better. Also the new programs each season try to make your work faster. Also the ability to move upperward is great at target with the company growing it is good time to be a target. Also at a young age right out of college you could be in charge of a target store right way they put a lot of trust that you are not only hired for the position that they put you in but target looks to move you up to the next level and beyond
Cons
Sometime the work life balance can be hard to walk away from the work you due. In retail there is always work to due and it seems that at times the upper level expects that thing always gets done right away. It depends on the type and volume of store that you are in. in a higher volume store it is more work if your store is not on process. Also sometimes you really can get put down if you can't fix things fast but it depends on your DTL and how they view your store. Also senior leadership can give more recognition to its lower leadership
