      Target uses almost all internal Inventory systems Sr. Management Varies - some add more stress while others are great Career Opportunities are now being limited to Hybrid only, making it difficult for strong candidates and employees who are remote to move up in the company

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
