      Pros

      Sometimes could work on your own/with headphones.

      Cons

      Management does absolutely nothing about disruptive customers and small scale stores don’t give you an assigned role, so they basically make you do anything they need and don’t adhere to accommodations. Weird hours and horrible for students or anyone with a life.
