      You get all the hours you want Most employees are friendly and approachable In this area the guests are nice and understanding Flexible with availability (within reason) which was great for school

      Cons

      Pushing the target redcard Some of the higher ups aren't the most friendly and have high and sometimes unreachable expectations You'll probably work some holidays
