Pros
Target is a reputable company; they have continued to grow during a difficult economical time in our country. I am fortunate to be employed full time with good benefits. And I am developing good management skills through my training.
Cons
The most difficult aspect of the job is the continuously changing schedule. Very few of the Target positions are 'set' schedules.
