Pros

-Great co-workers -Tiny Discount(If you use cash or a stupid freaking red card) -Ocassionally free food on break

Cons

As a Target employee, your hours are drastically changed from one week to the next. I personally go from working one week 7 days with only just over 30 hours, to the next week working 5 days with almost 40 hours. This will really upset you when you see management getting their two days off a week still. There never is any consistency to the schedule and the management treats the team members as the most flexible tool they have in the store. You will get stretched thin one day and not have enough work to keep you busy the next. Get ready to also not get any benefits as well, management will keep you below the required hours when benefit enrollment time comes around. If I had other options, I would no longer work at this store. I am astounded that a multi billion dollar company that preaches acceptance and openness won't even properly take care of their employees.
