Pros
Lots of friends can be made here. It's nice working in a store because when you go on break or get off of work, you can buy your household essentials instead of having to wait to get off of work and go to the store. Constantly moving. Everyday was something different.
Cons
Long days when on flow team because of lack of other employees. Most hire ups have favorites and don't help with the work load. Raises were pathetic. Cents on the dollar. If you make them mad at you because of whatever they will cut your hours. You are replaceable and they know that. Insurance is horrible. High deductible even when you have the best plan. No paid time off. You have to acquire your vacation time. There is no holiday days off. Company is open every day of the year besides 2. Christmas and Easter. Having to come in on Thanksgiving every year was very upsetting.
