As a GSA, depending on how soon a team lead position opens up, could be very soon and this con would be worth it in the end but if you would be waiting for a position to open for a very long time this is important; you will be doing a team leads' job for the pay that is the same of someone who is walking in for the very first time to work at target. It is very discouraging.
