Amazing team members. Great chance to mentor. Fast paced.
Cons
Low pay. Unreasonable hours. No room to grow but told upon hire the opposite. Your boss will be a 23 year old sorority sister. If you are not, you will not be asked into the club. These "leaders" treat the team like idiots. So sad. Corporate initiative to hire 85% of etls from local college. If you are over 30, no matter your Rockstar status and obvious talents and qualifications, you will have your heart broken
