      Starting pay is extremely competitive, especially for an entry level job Front end team members usually have a light workload Flexible availability

      Cons

      Often unrealistic expectations and workload in most departments Pay is static regardless of department, unless in leadership position Customer experience is put before well-being and integrity of employees
