Target India was decent ,but lost focus - TArch Target Employee Review

All big projects are handled by vendors. Hence less learning.Quality of people to work with had gone down drastically because of lower salaries being offered and cost optimization.Very unstable recently with takeover rumours,low capital budget and exodus of key people at all levels.
