      Pros

      Target management is respectfull to the team members and are eager to help with advancement and encouragment. They are quick to praise and do not call out team members in a critical way publicly. It has a family environment. The compensation is excellent. The 401k package is outstanding.

      Cons

      As a entry level employee you may find the work monotonous.
