      Pros

      Chill environment good coworkers. Good pay for what you do.

      Cons

      Extremely boring job. It’s hard to get a lot of hours. You have to take a 45 min unpaid break.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
