Pros
The store is clean, bright and in general the employees are friendly. Target sets a high standard for guest service and monitors the team to ensure the best guest experience.
Cons
The company talks about work life balance but, with many new changes in company policy it is becoming harder and harder to find that balance. The pay is not suitable for the amount of work required and with ongoing changes more and more responsibility is being shifted to the team lead position without proper compensation. Accountability not equal among leads.
