      Pros

      -socializing is OK; DONT over do it though! -training is good and if you don't know something someone is always willing and available to help -everyone generally has a walkie talkie and a PDA so communication is easy

      Cons

      -during the seasonal time there might not be enough PDA's or walkie talkies for everyone Not a whole bunch of downsides!!
