Mngmt has no idea what's going on. - Backroom Team Member Target Employee Review

salary; I work in the backroom and management has no idea who is doing their job and who s just wasting time and target's payroll. Store manager won't give you feedback, even tho he makes all the decisions. I have been at this store 3 years and I only of 3 people that have been promoted. All of them from Sales floor team member to guest service attendant, which is not much of a promotion at all. I work 6 days a week and only get 30 hours per week.
