Pros
They pay well. You will get hours during the holidays and they will offer you a lot of overtime. They are flexible with school and other obligations. You get a good amount of benefits at an average of 20 hours per week and good discounts.
Cons
Management can be a little rough depending on the locations. Other employers are catching up to the target starting pay so this may not be a good long term options. Hours are cut very hard in Q1. This company thinks about profits first and doesn't care about you very much.
