      Pros

      None - horrible treatment of young graduates offered jobs.

      Cons

      Interview received an offer letter for work beginning in January 2015 this offer was given in July 2015. Three weeks before my start date Target rescinded my job offer. This is a horrific company don't trust them, avoid employment at Target at all costs.
