      Great Culture Awesome Advancement Opportunities Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is not good. Leadership wants exempt managers to work 10 hours, but with not enough payroll hours it is not possible.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
