Collaboration and Feedback - Project Manager Target Employee Review

Thrived on feedback...good or bad, they wanted you to give it and receive it. It got to be so much that everything people did would be an opportunity to provide feedback. Very political company, you'd need to do get to know you' all the time and meet with the right people or it would hinder your workload, projects, and promotions. Basically...drink the kool aid or don't move around.
