They do give you the opportunity to make real impacts on the business, and there is transperancy and access to upper leadership.
Cons
They hid the fact that the minimum in this role is 2 years. I was told 1 year but am now being told 2 years as I am over a year in the role. Also, weekend and evening work is an unspoken expectation- at least in the Food and Beverage area.
