      You are replaceable. They will not hire enough people to keep the workload manageable and the raises and incentives for working more because of being short staffed are horrible.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
