Pros
Working on development side, the job is pretty relaxed. Target has a lot of tools and processes in place that make new product development easy compared to other places I've seen or heard of.
Cons
As a big company, Target is not without its politics. There's a little inequity in payment and bonus structure in my opinion. People who prioritize getting to the L7 position and above typically make far more than those in lower levels who do their job consistently and well.
